Use drupal_add_html_head() [#1732790]

Per http://drupal.org/node/372563 (February 2009), Drupal 7 renamed drupal_set_html_head() to drupal_add_html_head().

The attached patch lets this module reflect that change.

Without this patch, enabling and configuring this module causes a WSOD

(I guess not many people are using mouseflow with D7?)
