Just started using the module and are vey excited about potential -- thank you.

The site is managed on a Barracuda site which relies very heavily on caching.

Looking at the (3) Incident storage methods looking for quigance on the following questions:

  1. Any experience / lessons learned between this module and BOA?
  2. Suggestion for which storage method to use for a "medium" traffic site.
