I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature request, but User Reference Tokens such as [name] and [uid] don't seem to be working for prepended or appended text. Also, no token replacement is working for the message text field.

It's a bug. I know about it, and it was first reported here: http://drupal.org/node/169152

I haven't had a lot of time lately for updating this module, but it is on my radar, and I plan to put some time into it this week.
