Am I missing something or is there no way to provide a value to a true/false question? I want, for example, to be able to award 4 points to a question. I can specify that in multiple-choice but do not find an input for that in true-false.

The question overview page, the page that shows all the questions (not the page for creating the question), has a text box next to each question where you can enter the point value of the question. Remember to save your changes.
