How can i create a profile and give permission to each field like (private, public, friends). is there any built in module for that . please help me .

There is currently no solution for that. It has been asked here already: http://drupal.org/node/156082
It's no critical issue anyway. but thanks for that issue, I see it as a vote for that feature.
