Add "QA Test Exists" Field and icon

During DrupalCon Session on QA the idea came up to add a "drupal simple test exists" icon to project with a simple test. This could probably be exapanded to include drupal modules that have other types of tests.

An icon(s) will need to be created, and i suppose a field or fields to indicate that a test exists and where that test can be found.
