Sets showing active in admin, but not showing in block drop down

I now can add a set without any errors, but the new set does not show up in dropdown set list in the block.
Any ideas?

Sets цill not show in the block, if there are no messages in the set. Do you think it confuses users?

ok, i added a message in my set and it now shows up in the block.
Maybe you should make it so all active sets show up in the block regardless if there is a message or not. I would also like to be able to add a node url and be able to make the updated node content the autoresponder body? does that make sense?
