Description

This, I hope, is a relatively simple request. It would be nice if a site could specify a default OpenID server (in a particular format), so that if a user tries to login with a username, and not a URL, it is substituted into the default URL.

i.e.

Default URL = "http://[ID].openid.example.net/"

User logs in as "user"

OpenID becomes "http://user.openid.example.net/"

I hope this makes sense.

+1. This could also be coupled with a function that lets admins limit which openid servers are trusted, although that might be a separate feature request. Can/should we couple them, or create a separate one for that?
