Inherit parent album vocabulary

Hi,

This patch add an option to make images inherit parents vocabulary.
If you create an album tagged by the tid 9 and 3, all images you want to import in it will be tagged the same way, with no choice for the user.

For now, it works for Mass import only, and it produces a warning. i don't know where it comes from. Any help welcome!

Please note that this patch makes you unable to choose the parent album if you are reaching the page from node/x/import (parent will automatically set to x).

The aim is to be able to use some taxonomy privacy module with acidfree, making some users unable to see some albums, for example.
