Issue Summary
When you list cases, we have duplicate line in the page but when you delete the case both are deleted.

I don't follow - can you provide clear steps to reproduce this error?

Marking this to "closed (cannot reproduce)" since it's been more than 2 weeks in "needs more info" without steps to reproduce.
Please re-open if you can post more details.
