As of the Sept. 19th build of DEV, Aloha Editor does not load on Filtered HTML enabled text areas for me. I have followed install instructions as specified in the README. Oddly enough it was working with the previous DEV build a couple of days ago.

Disabling CDN support in jQuery Update fixes the issue.

I can't confirm this problem with the most recent release. When using Google CDN (https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js), everything works perfectly. Of course you must use jQuery 1.7 and not 1.5. @filmoreha are you still experiencing this problem?
