Warning from update.php when updating to latest dev version

Though it didn't seem to break Image Assist (everything still seems to work), I received a warning/error when running update.php on my local test site ... it might be something you already know about, but I wanted to report it just in case.

I'm running Drupal 5.2, Image 5.x-1.x-dev (2007-Sep-12), and updated from Image Assist 5.x-1.x-dev (2007-Sep-12) to Image Assist 5.x-1.x-dev (2007-Sep-26).

Here is the warning I got from update.php:

    * warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /mypath/update.php on line 309.
    * warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /mypath/update.php on line 542.
