If only one image, do away with "Image 1 of 1"

Currently Thickbox adds a note that says "Image X of Y" under an image. This is very nice, but seems like redundant clutter when there is only one image.

It owuld be nice if the Javascript function TB_show() in Thickbox.js would detect whether there was only one image and leave this part out if so.
