Can you please make it possible to add another option:

- "Send copy of outgoing email to" and then choose a User or Email-Address.

This copy should include all information sent out, especially the receiver address.

You can include yourself in the recipient list already, but I'm not keen on listing out all of the recipients in that email even as a separate email.
