Not mandatory Creative Commons selection

The module says it ALLOWS not FORCE the user to choose a Creative Commons License.

I wanted to write some book pages and giving them a creative commons license, but also i just wrote some book pages with no artistic content making unnecessary to select a Creative Commons License, in fact, those pages does not allow Creative Common License (for example a page where i just make a recommended links list or a page where i offer services or products).
