In the path_breadcrumbs_breadcrumb function, in file path_breadcrumbs.module (line 255+), there is no check for CLEAN URLs disabled. Therefore URLs like ?q=%3Fq%3Dnode/1 are generated, when CLEAN URLs are disabled.

Installed the patch in the beta and later upgraded to 3.x-dev
Have still the wrong url. Also with cleard cache.

Edit: But only with Breadcrumbs where this Module has no rule.
