I tried to implement this module, everything should correctly installed, activated, etc.

But nevertheless, nothing happens.

Maybe you could have a look at my site at www.umundu.de.
The links in the box "Festival-Infos" on the right are anchor links.

No smooth scrolling take splace, the page just jumps.

Maybe you'll find something by inspecting the site.

Because of this issue, #1720572: Doesn't work when clicking links - only when entering URL directly

Have to change the filename case in the define in the .module file.

Let's work on it over there.
