I have several times now seen a newsletter issue randomly reassigned to the wrong subscriber list, with the result that it was almost sent out to the wrong people. I don't know how to reproduce this but I'm writing it up so that others who experience the same problem can add their observations, and perhaps narrow down the conditions.

My specific conditions are: four newsletters, three of which are English and one is French. After creating a new issue of the French newsletter and testing it carefully, I start the send process, go to the list of newsletters (to check on progress) and see that it is now listed as one of the English newsletters (it wasn't before). I also notice that the number of subscribers is much different from what it should be, corresponding to the newly-selected list. The system is definitely about to send to the wrong group of people. I abort the job, clean up the mess and try again: this time it works.

I suspect that there may be some unwanted interaction with the language selected by the user when the newsletter is being sent.
