I have tested this with Drupal 5.2, Invite 1.11. Basically it adds all the JS and alters the Invite form to add the "Add from my addressbook" via Plaxo. The form alter could be a little cleaner, and that is my goal for the next revision.

Threw this out there because I figured someone might be interested in it. I will work on getting it in the contrib directory ASAP.

This is quite nice! I have successfully used your code (with slight modifications).

However, invite module seems to fail on some addresses due to (a valid) format. This patch may be required - http://drupal.org/node/203812

Cool. I'm glad someone is using this. I noticed the same issue with the angle brackets. I hope the patch gets considered...

The upcoming rsvp 6.x-2.x-dev release of RSVP will support plaxo when adding guests
