Hi all,

I have been using Feeds on my site for last 8 months and it is critical to the functioning of the website. I am using D7 Alpha 4 version till recently. There were no major issues with feeds and it was business as usual till few days ago when I changed the Public folder path of my site. Other than that I do not believe there is any other change that could have led to this issue with feeds. I did not install any other modules or themes during the period between the path change and when I started noticing the errors.

Now if I try to import a file using the CSV importer from my computer, I get an error - "Resource is not a file or it is an empty directory: " There is no other error msg. My Public folder is at sites/default/files and feeds folder is at sites/default/files currently, after the folder change.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and also upgraded to Alpha5 but I still get the error. Now my question is, does the feeds module automatically change where it sources its files from or somehow the folder location is stored in the db that cannot be updated.
I checked issues #1238980: Thinks all files and directories are empty and http://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/33559/trouble-with-feeds-impor... but I cant figure out how they fixed the issue. Btw I am uploading the files through my browser and I tried uploading an image file to a node and the image gets upload, so it is not an issue with the uploads. In any case all help is greatly appreciated.

Now my question is - does feeds hardcode the
