I'd like to use the [base_path]/node/NID for the link reported to Shareaholic, instead of the path alias.

I changed this in includes/node.inc.

Deciphered, what if I provide a patch against 7.x-2.x-dev and 6.x-2.x-dev to have this as an option in admin/settings/sexybookmarks ? Would you be interested ?

SexyBookmarks is no longer being actively maintained. It was a port of Shareaholic for WordPress, and Shareaholic has since released an official Drupal module.
