drupalcontenthandler.js uses Sanitize incorrectly

I think there may be a problem in the drupalcontenthandler.js.

The sanitize instance needs a jQuery instance to be passed in the constructor like so:

sanitize = new Sanitize( config, jQuery );

Can you please confirm whether that is happening in the drupalcontenthandler.js?
