Request to become co-maintainer of block_submit

It seems this module needs a little help.

I would like to become co-maintainer so I could:

Commit:
* #1813382: Finish 7.x port, make stable release
* #1813380: Prevent XSS via all settings

And make the tag/node for #1363754: Please release new stable 6.x-1.1 version without the bug. And make a 7.x-1.0 release.

I think most of those patches are ready to go and, if accepted as a co-maintainer, would always create patches before committing them and let them site in the queue for a few days first.
