Block submitting twice

Please use the development version as it fixes a critical bug.
This module blocks users from accidentally submitting a form twice. It uses javascript so the protection is only on the client side.
It offers two modes modes of operation, both configurable (css classes, texts being shown to the user):
- Disable all submit buttons of the form currently being submitted. It can add a css class to them, append a text to each of them or add a text next to the buttons.
- Hide all submit buttons and replace them with a div, whose css class and text contents are configurable.
