Apologies if this has been covered - I have searched.

I want a block that shows the News nodes directly previous (in time) to the News node the block is on.

News nodes have a Date field.

I found a patch that was supposed to insert some operators - but it didn't for me. It would be great if I could just specify 'show: older than this node's Date-field' or something. There must be a way - please help. Thanks.
