Allow all file types to display the download original link, not just images.

Patch, removes the image type check and changes the "Download original image" to "Download original file"

Local files:
This may be a good idea for local files. With your patch - there will be two links to the files (tested with txt, mp3 and mp4 files) on the detail page. One link to the original path and one link with the download header. This may be a bit confusing. [edit] One of the links may be a display-configuration. Needs more tests. [/edit]

Remote files:
I don't think, that we should support downloading remote files. Just tested a youtube video - after waiting a long time, i got a Timeout.
