Please supply package in the info file [#181947]

Please add a line with package = ... in the info file.
Without package, the module is grouped with the "Others" on the module admin page.
I don't know the "official" package name for i18n modules but it would make sense to add it there.

Attempting to align this with all other stemmer modules to have their own package called "Stemmer".
