Dear i18n members,

I have created a new module that utilizes i18n.

Now I have to make sure that this module is good and ready for release and ofcourse no duplicate.

Now what it does else is : it just creates separate menu "views" for each language so you can have a nicer overview that is all. (an UI improvement for me)
