Add option to skip new items and update only existing [#1822778]

This is a small change I've made to allow new option in configuration to make feeds only update my previously imported content and not add any new.
In my case the source data contains a lot information I don't need but I can't remove either becouse it's in the remote database. Maybe this could get into Feeds?

Great! I like this feature of only updating existing records but not adding new ones.

Hi, I like this too, but also a sort of other way around.
Skip to import items which have been flagged as not to be overwritten. Could this be almost the same simple to handle?
If I need to make new issue for this, sorry than.
