Improve text display of repeat rules

The function date_repeat_rrule_description() includes lots of extra spaces in its output. In HTML, this shows itself as a single space before the period, like: Repeats every week 2 times . In other media types, you might see a number of extraneous spaces before the various parts of the output. The attached patch corrects these problems.
