Sort order of UPPER and lower in i18ntaxonomy wrong

ALL UPPER case characters goes before lower case characters when sorted by the _i18ntaxonomy_str_char_cmp() function. Replacing the original character string by:
AaÀàÁáÄäBcCcÇçDdEeÈèÉéFfGgHhIiÌìÍíJjKkLlMmNnOoÒòÓóÖöPpQqRrSsTtUuÙùÚúÜüVvWwXxYyZz
does the job.
