More than one Exposed filter Hierarchical select field not working properly

Hi
One of the major problem with HS is that when i exposed more than two HS field in views then first is exposed HS is working but second is not working properly. It working first time when page is refreshed and start operation with second one exposed HS field after doing filter with other fields and come on to filter with this HS field again then it not working properly So i have to refresh again to work properly so one time refresh one time work. It's stufff....

So i think it is problem with core .JS file of views or HS.

So have you any solution for this????
