I'm using the Commerce Kickstart 2 installation and an omega sub-theme. The fonts show up in the right places, once I scroll past all the notices. Can anyone explain what is going on and how to make it stop?

None of that points to something specific with @font-your-face, so it's hard to know what the problem might be. Can you maybe install devel and turn on backtrace errors to get a better idea of what's happening?

I have reproduced this issue and looking into it, too. So far it seems we aren't doing anything wrong on the @font-your-face end.
