Hi,
I use the homebox with all the block already present in the dashboard, so I don't need the "add block" link.
So I just want to remove the link, I know that I can do by css, but it's not the best solution.
can you tell me if I can use another solution ?

Just override the template. In the homebox folder, there is homebox.tpl.php, which includes the HTML for the button and "add" links for individual blocks. Copy it to your theme folder, remove those parts, then clear your caches.
