Hello,

I just installed Cartaro including the demo layer "capitals", well, it is available in my base map but it is centered around lat: 0 and Lon: 0, please check this link:

This user expects the same problem.

For further information, I include a screen shot of the featuretype.xml file that includes all the layer's info (please see attachment)

Thanks for your report. This should already be fixed in the current development versions of the PostGIS module.

I can confirm, that this has been fixed, with the installation of the dev version of PostGIS Module.
