Selecting cropping area doesn't work (see screensots with web inspector panel)

All the control markers of the cropping area are in one point (see screenshot),
when i trying to move them, they disappear (see screensot2)

Playing with different settings didn't help (current settings)

upd; I tried to remove all *js except jquert and shipped with the module, applying standard theme, changing the module's settings — no result. Version 7.x-1.0-rc3 works fine.
