Localized Generic HTML filter option

Problem/Motivation

The included "Generic HTML" filter option only matches Generic URIs of the form "/node/123". It does not match localized URIs like "/en/node/234". This doesn't permit e.g. the usage of CFKEditor Link in conjunction with MultiLink, for multilingual sites.

Proposed resolution

Simply add an additional "Localized Generic HTML" configuration option to the code.

Remaining tasks

Decide whether the attached patch is acceptable.

User interface changes

An additional option "Localized Generic HTML" is available in the MultiLink filter options.
