I have tried adding tags like "a" and "span" tags to the exclude tags list, and all of my glossify links disappeared. tried it a few times.

thanks for this module - fitted my needs perfectly (except for the bug mentioned above...)

just tested with the current dev, and I'm not seeing this. If you still have the problem feel free to reopen but include all the details necessary to reproduce-- especially the glossify config settings including the tags excluded.
