User who scores long answer is awarded userpoints

When a user scores long answer taken by another user, userpoints are awarded to the person scoring the question, not the quiz taker.

I have generated a patch against 7.x-4.0-alpha11 which retrieves the uid of the quiz taker and supplies that to the userpoints array.

I have also fixed a typo in the userpoints description
