Request to support other payment gateways

Issue Summary

Hi,

I am using securetrading payment gateway, and I wanted to skip the checkout review step to shorten the clicks for customers. So do you have any plans on upgrading this module to support other gateways?

You could please let us know how it can be done by editing the code. (am not a coder but still will try my best)
