Makes the review button on the Ubercart checkout page optional (set by store admin).

Ubercart Optional Checkout Review is being maintained and developed by Tom Kirkpatrick (mrfelton) of SystemSeed. Original code came from Oliver Coleman (OliverColeman) as well as others from the Ubercart community.

NOTE: This module is minimally maintained as our development effort has moved to Drupal Commerce - Ubercart's Drupal 7+ replacement. Looking for new co-maintainers
