Block simplenews sends a wrong email

Hello,

I have a problem with Simplenews Block where you tape email adress.

Here is the received email for subscribers :

delete your own text from the attached returned message.

When, I configure the block to redirect to page form, I don't have the problem ... and Only the end of the message with the confirmation newsletter.
