thanks for the offer to help.

i tried Colouir slideshow module alone..it worked..

then i tried views slideshow alone..it worked..but together they dont :(

views slideshow doesnt work..but Colouir slideshow continues to work...

this is what i saw...i dunno the reason...

i tried this on a site i help with www.indiapoised.org

so i decided to dump Colouir slideshow and stick only with Views slideshow...but Colouir slideshow helps me to display all member pics..which Views Slideshow is not able to now :(

Maybe you can use the Node profile module (http://drupal.org/node/68360) to be able to use the Views with profiles.

thanks for the advice on nodeprofile..but there's a problem with it..i have many members who have profiles..and i dont know how to make those transform into the nodes now :(

if u cld advise..wld be nice
