as far as I am aware, no there is not, but this is an interesting idea. I am bumping this to head as no further features will be added for quiz 1.x but instead will be added to HEAD which will turn into Quiz 2.0

I saw this in another issue, but can't find it now - I recall west saying that it was an easy option to add to have, say, 5 questions per page instead of one. Is this still the case? I don't know when Quiz4 will come out, and in the meantime... it'd be great to have this in there :)
