What could be the problem? thanks

As a non-frequent mailer, I sent my last newsletter in July 2012 and now I am sending another one which will not send in HTML.
I also have not changed any settings on this or related modules since but I presume the Simplenews module was upgraded during this time in September.
I have tested which template is being used by inserting some text into the template and
simplenews-newsletter-body--3--email-html.tpl.phpis being used (where 3 is the correct term ID).As expected, this would cause a major headache where newsletters are due to be sent but cannot be sent in the desired format.

dianacastillo commentedAlso the wysiwig editor doesnt work any more. I think it's because there are too many javascript 's loading at once. Anyone know how to fix that?

authentictech commented@dianacastillo Which editor do you use? There is an issue recently with ckeditor which resolved for by following this comment or this one.

dianacastillo commentedHi I was using the wysiwig module. I tried un installing that an using the ckeditor module but that doesnt work either :-( even following the advice on those links

dianacastillo commentedI have rebuilt the site from scratch on dev and no longer have this problem. So I dont know which module was interfering , but now it works.
