With 5.x-2.14 release I am not seeing the navigation arrow when looking at the images. Check this page

I have my maximum image size set to 800 pixels width. But my original images have a maximum width of 1000 pixels. With 2.14 release I am not seeing the expansion icon. Compare it with image 4 (zDSC01284 2304x3072) in http://quidne.vacilando.org/bg

Is there something I am missing?

You got me thinking for a while here... :-)

The expansion icon, provided by Lightbox module, will only appear if the generated image (with max width set in BG settings) is larger (in width or height) than the visible part of your browser screen in that very moment. So if the generated image is small enough to fit into your browser screen, it has no expansion icon.
