urls with & are not working. Google seems to want & instead.

Image loads as http://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?size=75x75&maptype=satellite&m... and I get an error "The Google Maps API server rejected your request. The "sensor" parameter specified in the request must be set to either "true" or "false"."

I have applied patch in http://drupal.org/node/1749248#comment-6447802 in order to get the module to install but that is it.
