Just created a patch which allows you to set the icon settings (like in the field formatter settings) for the Views style plugin.

Thanks for the patch! I've fixed an issue with not having icons (which would not show up the original icon), and added support for shadowAnchor.

Note that there is now also support to add icons via code, in the map definition (see leaflet.api.php for an example). Configuring via code is still the "cleanest" way, but Leaflet now also supports adding custom icons via Views or via formatters.
