Header Image for Email not centered and Slideshow incompatibility

Just a note about the header image included in the email output.
Everything seems centered which is ok but I think the header image should be too.
Or have the extra possibility to reduce the header image.

Another note, Forward and Slideshow Creator unfortunately don't play well together.
The slideshow always shows garbled and out of place. Maybe there is a need to apply extra CSS in email output.
The other solution would be to hide the "forward" on those pages that carry the slideshow or totally replace the slideshow with Flash. But would the Flash show up in emails? Hummm... Not quite sure.
