Changing block colour Waffles theme

Hi,
I'm not a Drupal expert yet, but I tried to change the block colour of the Waffles theme by changing the css. Now, I found #ff6600 in the block region, which seems right since it's bright orange. uploaded the changes through my ftp, but nothing changed. How else should I be able to change the colour?

Hello,
I don't know this theme and the specific block but you could also style it by adding Block Class.
